Our Story

Bailey Living began with a dog and a problem.

The dog is Bailey — a Cavapoo with a talent for finding the one patch of afternoon sun in any room.

The problem was everything made for her.

Beds that looked more practical than beautiful. Collars in colours that never quite belonged at home. Bowls designed to be hidden away the moment guests arrived.

We wanted something different.

Pieces that felt considered. Comfortable for the dog. Beautiful in the home. Made well enough to stay with you for years.

So we started looking properly — at what European makers were creating, at what survived everyday life, at what still looked good after muddy Wicklow walks and more than a few wash cycles.

That search became Bailey Living.

Bailey is a gentle, curious Cavapoo and the heart of Bailey Living.

Her calm nature, love of slow coastal walks and talent for making herself comfortable almost anywhere inspire the way we choose every piece.

Comfort always comes first.

We look for supportive shapes, thoughtful sizing and materials chosen for real life — sleeping, walking, eating, travelling and everything in between.

For the home

Dog products should belong in the spaces we live in.

We choose calm colours, considered shapes and natural textures that sit comfortably alongside the rest of the home.

Made to last

We prefer fewer, better things.

Durable materials, removable and washable covers where possible, thoughtful construction and craftsmanship designed for everyday use — not just one season.

We work with a small number of carefully selected European makers, each chosen for what they do particularly well.

We do not want to build an endless catalogue.

From the Wicklow Coast

Bailey Living is a small Irish business inspired by the Wicklow coast.

The landscape around us — soft sand, stone, sea, muted greens and changing light — influences much of the palette and mood behind the brand.

We believe shopping from a smaller business should also feel more personal.

There is no call centre and no script.

When you write to us, you reach the person who chose the pieces in the shop — usually with a Cavapoo asleep somewhere nearby.
