Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions below. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period runs from receipt of the last item.
Email hello@baileylivingco.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You may use the cancellation form below, but any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to send the goods back.
How to return your items
We will provide return instructions and confirm the appropriate return address, as some products are dispatched from different locations. Contact us before sending your parcel so that it reaches the correct destination. Your right to cancel does not depend on our approval.
Return destinations: MiaCara and William Walker returns are sent to us in Ireland. Labbvenn products are dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner in Poland and must be returned to Poland. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct cost of postage to the applicable destination, including international postage where required. Contact us for the correct parcel return address before sending your return.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please return them carefully packed, with their original packaging and tags where possible. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection. Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right to cancel.
Exceptions to change-of-mind returns
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if you unseal them after delivery. These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Return shipping costs
For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the direct cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of posting. We do not charge a restocking fee. If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange or cover the necessary return shipping costs.
Refunds following cancellation
When you cancel your entire order within the cancellation period, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra amount paid for express or upgraded delivery is not refundable. For a return of only part of an order, we will refund the returned goods; any refund of the original delivery charge will reflect the delivery charge that would have applied to the items you keep.
We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you are cancelling. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Any permitted deduction for loss in value will be explained to you.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we will not charge a refund fee.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for a different size, colour or product. Please return the original item under this policy and place a new order. This does not affect any right to a replacement where goods are faulty or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email hello@baileylivingco.com as soon as you notice the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, if available, will help us resolve it. Please retain the packaging where possible, but photos and original packaging are not conditions of your statutory rights.
We will provide the remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law, at no cost to you, including any necessary return shipping. There is no 48-hour reporting deadline. The change-of-mind return conditions and exceptions above do not restrict your rights in relation to faulty goods.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other applicable consumer law.
