Shipping & Delivery

We know you (and your dog) are excited to receive your new pieces. Our goal is to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Where we ship We currently ship across Ireland and to selected countries within the European Union. Available destinations and exact shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout.

Processing time Our small team typically prepares and dispatches orders within 1–3 working days. If you place an order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will get to work on the next working day.

Delivery times

• Ireland: Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• EU: Usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.

To bring you the best selection of premium brands, some of our curated pieces are dispatched directly from our partners' European workshops. In these instances, delivery might take a little longer, and if you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels. We will always keep you updated if this applies to your order.

Free delivery We are delighted to offer free standard delivery on eligible orders dispatched directly from our Bailey Living studio:

• Ireland: Orders of €100 or more.

• Selected EU countries: Orders of €150 or more.

Please note: This offer excludes bulky items (such as dog beds and furniture) and products dispatched directly by our suppliers. Any applicable delivery charges for these items will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Lost or damaged parcels We remain responsible for your goods until they are safely delivered to your door. If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us at hello@baileylivingco.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

As mentioned in our Returns Policy, some of our pieces are fragile. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a few clear photographs of the packaging and the contents, and contact us as soon as possible. This helps us resolve the issue swiftly on your behalf and arrange a replacement.
