These terms apply to all orders placed through baileylivingco.com.

Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the goods. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. If we decline your order after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

Bailey Living is not currently registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on your order and no VAT invoice can be issued.

We take care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of goods you ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and natural materials may vary between individual items. Minor variations are not defects.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, partial dispatch or refund.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and European Union law, including your right to cancel and your rights in relation to faulty goods. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, text and branding, is owned by Bailey Living or used under licence. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. As a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory laws and courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
